Oaths and Affirmations

Certain documents require a signer to formally swear or affirm that the information they are providing is true. When this is needed, I administer the required oath or affirmation as part of the notarial act. The signer makes a brief verbal declaration in my presence, confirming the truthfulness of the statement or document. Once this is complete, I will sign and stamp the appropriate notarial certificate.

An affirmation offers the same legal effect as an oath but without any religious wording. I guide clients through the process with clarity and respect, ensuring the declaration is handled properly and comfortably. My goal is to make this formal step simple, organized, and easy to complete.
